Search & Discover

Browse hundreds of verified Australian bands. Filter by genre, location, budget, band size, and event type. Every band has demo videos and real venue reviews.

Send a Booking Request

Found the perfect band? Fill in your event details, date, venue name, address, and event type, and send a request. No payment required at this stage.

Band Responds

The band reviews your request and responds within 24 hours. You receive an SMS and email notification the moment they accept or have questions.

Pay 25% Deposit

Once accepted, secure your date with a 25% deposit via Stripe. This confirms the booking and goes directly to the band. Cancellation terms apply depending on timing.

Pay the Balance

7 days before the event you pay the remaining 75% balance. Funds are held securely by GigYard and released to the band after the gig is complete.

Enjoy the Show

The band performs at your venue. 24 hours later, GigYard sends you a review email. Your honest review helps the whole community.
